Output of accidental loads

Calculations show that under wind loads, the displacement is much larger than that under design conditions; therefore, it is necessary to determine whether displacement should be reported under accidental loads such as wind and earthquakes
What is output displacement? Please specify?
(1) For accidental conditions (wind and earthquakes), in addition to checking stresses, is it necessary to consider reaction forces and displacements as well? (2) For pump verification, apart from the normal operating conditions, is it required to conduct checks under accidental conditions as well?
I think for 1, it is necessary to consider the reaction forces and displacements depending on whether you want to verify support structures such as brackets; for 2, it is necessary to check for accidental loading conditions, which depends on whether there are corresponding accidental loads present
