Does the type of sensor in a pressure transmitter determine its service life? For example, capacitive and polysilicon sensors – I personally think that polysilicon sensors are not resistant to vibrations
There are many types of pressure sensors, including capacitive, ceramic, diffused silicon, single-crystal silicon, and polycrystalline silicon ones. Generally speaking, all of the above sensors can be used for pressure measurement; however, their service life depends greatly on factors such as the medium used and the operating environment, so it’s hard to say which one is better or worse.
What is a pressure gauge? What is its purpose?
The temperature is 250 degrees, and the vacuum pressure is 1.6 kPa. The resin is drawn from a tank into the evaporation tank; after mixing, the liquid flows along the walls of the tank and into the tubes below. Vacuum is used to remove a component from the resin. There must be a connection; in my opinion, diffused silicon is less shock-resistant than capacitors, and I wouldn’t want to offer opinions on other methods without proper knowledge
