Synthesis process of PMMA used as PVC co-extrusion material? How to modify it? Detection method? Requirements for machinability? :'(The previous post was incorrect; PMMA was written as PC. It seems not to work; the temperature difference is too great.
In fact, Hailuo is currently the largest producer of PMMA/PVC co-extruded doors and windows products in the country. For the selection of PMMA, it can be purchased directly from relevant manufacturers. The advantage of ALTOFINA.PMMA is its high gloss level. But because it is brittle, the cut edges are uneven; nowadays more manufacturers prefer ASA, as it has good toughness and cuts easily.
