Do bag filters require special treatment in the Northeast region? Freeze and dew prevention? Does the compressed air used for injection require electric heating? Also, is it possible to install it outdoors? What are the precautions if it is installed outdoors?
Compressed air does not require electric heating. It can be installed outdoors, but proper insulation measures must be taken; the specific thickness should be determined based on the local temperature.
If the temperature of the gas being filtered is high, no special treatment is required for the bag filter, nor is electric heating needed for the compressed air used for purging. It is best not to place it outdoors; if it remains parked for an extended period, even with insulation in place, the humid cloth bag may freeze.

I’m curious about how bag filter systems perform when dealing with flue gas at 180 degrees Celsius. If anyone knows, could they please share some information on that?
For flue gas at 180 degrees Celsius, bag dust removal does not require heating or insulation treatment.
If the compressed air used for injection is not heated, could this result in too low a temperature of the compressed air entering during injection, leading to local condensation and similar issues?
Adding a cold dryer in front should work, right?
