This is also difficult, and such graduate students are off-the-job, that is, they go to Beijing. After studying in Beijing for two or three years, you will come back. According to the past practice, you will not work shifts after returning from studying. However, during the few years you go out to study for graduate school, you will miss all the opportunities in the workshop. Therefore, it can be said that there are pros and cons.
