What type of crude benzene condensing cooler is best?
I recommend using a vertical pipe type. The horizontal pipes we used in the past often got clogged or leaked.
We have been using horizontal tubes for more than 4 years and have not had any problems. It did get clogged in the winter, but it was all flushed away, so there's no big problem and it hasn't leaked yet.

We have used the tube type and the spiral plate type, and they both feel good.
In the tube type, the tubes are placed horizontally, and the gas travels through the shell. The gas enters from the top and exits from the bottom.
Our company uses spiral plate heat exchangers, and I feel they work well.
We used to use the horizontal tube type, but the effect was not very good, and then changed to the upright spiral plate type, the effect is better.
