When the rotary coke drum of the quenching motor car in our plant is used to receive coke, the coke always piles up and presses against the lid of the quenching coke drum; how can coke be received evenly in such a situation?
To a certain extent, it is uniform, more so than when focusing at a fixed point: victory:
1. Pay attention to installing a limit plate at the rear of the coke guide grid on the coke car, so that the center of coke deposition coincides with the center of the coke drum. 2. The coke oven must rotate to high speed before coke can be loaded, and it can slow down and stop only after the coke has been pushed out.
