Comparison of the Topsoe and Casari processes for ammonia synthesis. Which valves are involved in the 2 processes?
The basic processes of the two sets are similar; the differences lie in the following: 1. The Topsox synthesis tower is connected to a waste boiler via pipes, and the waste boiler generates superheated steam； The synthesis tower in Casale is directly connected to the waste boiler, which generates saturated steam. 2. The main differences in the internal structure of the synthesis towers are as follows: in the Topsox tower, the gas flow is radial, and the gas distributor is of the grid type; in the Cassali tower, the gas flow is axially radial, with a secondary distribution system combined with a mesh-type distributor ；
Waste boilers all produce saturated steam, which is then superheated in a superheater to become superheated steam. I wonder what kind of equipment is used to produce both saturated steam and superheated steam at the same time?
