Is there anything that uses PDSoft to create databases?

Hey everyone, if there’s anyone who is proficient in creating level databases using PDSoft, I’d appreciate it if they could share their experiences. I find that creating a database, as the first step in using PDSoft, is quite challenging – everything from standards to individual fittings has to be selected one by one. For a small-scale engineering project, it can take a whole month just to create the database, which is really frustrating.
Well, database management isn’t easy; it’s troublesome. It is necessary to carefully check the standards for each component, such as the end face, grade, pipe fitting series, etc. However, once you do this often enough, it becomes easier; you can make use of what you have prepared before and build up experience over time.
It’s not that complicated, right? PDSOFT is quite comprehensive, with the exception of some standards from 2007 and 2008. The problem is that the HG20592-2009 series has significant changes; the advantage of PDSOFT is that it allows the modified versions to be exported and saved. The online database allows for copying and pasting, and changes can be made quickly. Most new standards require few modifications; for example, updating the year in GB/T 8163-2008 is sufficient for it to be usable. As for databases related to valves, fittings, and the like, there’s basically nothing to modify – they can be used directly. It’s possible that the poster is using an older version of the database; older databases display content page by page, and it’s certainly troublesome when one specification occupies an entire page.
It is recommended to use the newer version of the MySQL database; creating a database is not a difficult task.
