It’s the issue of crystals forming in the waste discharge pipe when discharging waste at the bottom of the tower. Is there any good solution for this problem?
Haven’t met them. Is it an alkali-free deodorization reactor?
There is no perfect solution. Note: Do not take the alkaline solution to the back area; heating can be used, and waste water can be discharged after heating
Is there an issue with the quality of the alkali used for rinsing with demineralized water? Do you use solid alkali or liquid alkali?
There is no good solution; one can only drain from the bottom of the tower regularly.
I feel that rinsing with fresh water while heating gives better results
It’s the alkaline solution causing the problem, and there’s no good solution for it. It can be treated with heating, and sludge can be discharged after heating. It’s also okay to use demineralized water to push it.
