Static bonding for petrochemical pipelines

I would like to consult experts regarding the specific methods for static grounding of petrochemical pipelines.
A copper sheet can be used to bridge across the valve gland
Use a 25mm2 copper core wire for bridging at the pipe connections.
According to the specifications, 16 square units seems to be sufficient
It can be connected using 25mm copper braided wire
Weld M6*25 stainless steel screws to the flange, and use 16 or 25 square millimeter wires for bridging (25 is rarely used; I personally think 6 square millimeters is sufficient).

Is it suitable to be placed directly between the bolt and the spring washer?
The following points should be noted when using flange jumpers: 1. If there are more than 5 bolts and the resistance is no more than 0.03 ohms, a jumper is not necessary; otherwise, a jumper must be used. 2 Use multi-strand copper stranded wire to prevent internal breaks while maintaining external continuity. It is also possible to use a copper sheet for bridging at the 3 flanges. At the 4 joints, the outer paint must be removed. :) :hug:
