How challenging is the Registration of Public Equipment Engineers exam?

I’m preparing to take the exam for Certified Public Equipment Engineer this year; when studying materials, I usually find brief summaries of the knowledge presented in the textbooks. I wonder, for those who have taken it, how in-depth was it? How difficult are regular calculation problems compared to those in school?
The basics should be pretty simple, right? But with so many subjects, it’s overwhelming for me. I really don’t have any motivation to study anymore~~

Reply to 5# yiyumenghuan: I know a bit about the basic courses; they are divided into general basic courses and specialized basic courses, with 150 points for each. If both scores are over 150, they’re more or less the same.
