Our factory's quick boiler is a 75T/H gas boiler from Shanghai Sifang Boiler Factory. Can it be used without an economizer recirculation pipe? If there is no water supply, won’t the economizer burn out?
Is it a hot water boiler or a steam boiler? What material form is the economizer made of? Hot water boilers do not require recirculation pipes
If there is no economizer recirculation pipe, there should be a bypass flue, and the flue gas will be directly short-circuited and released during startup.
Only by giving a general introduction to the structure can you judge whether it is needed.
It depends on the type of economizer. If it is equipped with a separable cast iron economizer, a bypass flue or other effective measures should be used, and a bypass waterway should be installed. Boilers equipped with non-separable economizers should be equipped with recirculation pipes or take other measures.
