To ensure the safe and stable operation of the reforming unit, the following points should be taken into consideration: 1. Maintain an appropriate hydrogen-to-oil ratio. 2. Ensure proper operation of the dehydration tower to prevent excessive water content in the feedstock for reforming. 3. Maintain the correct temperature and pressure in the pre-hydrogenation stage to avoid excessive levels of sulfur and nitrogen. 4. Ensure stable operation of each reactor to prevent large fluctuations in reaction temperature. 5. In the event of a power outage, stop the heating furnace immediately; if necessary, assign personnel to shut off the fuel valves on site. 6. During regular operations, improve the quality of inspections and pay close attention to the condition of the equipment in use

It is necessary to closely monitor the performance of the reforming catalyst, maintain proper balance between water and chlorine to prevent catalyst poisoning, and control the impurity content in the reforming feed. 3. The cyclic hydrogen compressor should be inspected regularly. 4. The regeneration unit must operate properly; pay attention to washing and lifting. 5. The reaction temperature must not experience large fluctuations.
