Has anyone worked on catalyst installations? Could anyone share an installation plan for a molecular sieve furnace?
This is easy to install. After the base has been poured and has gained sufficient strength, the support for the firing furnace is installed first; then the furnace body and tank are lifted into place. Once the axis is aligned, the motor and speed control mechanism are installed. The furnace is then tested without load to ensure proper balance, after which temperature measurement instruments and other pipelines are connected. If insulation needs to be applied on-site, it is done at that time. Once the insulation is in place, the furnace is ignited and heated until it reaches the desired temperature, and this condition is maintained for 8 hours – and then the installation is complete.
The key is how to install the drum? It has a diameter of 2300 mm, a length of 23950 mm, and a weight of 55 tons. The foundation is 2.3 meters high, and it is located inside a building; therefore, it cannot be lifted using a crane. Please offer some suggestions
This problem can be solved by a crane operator; it’s not very difficult.
