(1) Shandong Haili Chemical Co., Ltd. With a production capacity of 240,000 tons per year, it ranks among the world’s leading manufacturers; additional plants with a capacity of 80,000 tons per year will be built in subsequent phases. (2) Tianjin Bohai Chemical Co., Ltd. 28,000 tons/year + 33,000 tons/year plants ； A 100,000 tons per year epoxy resin plant is under construction downstream. (3) Xinyue Chemical Co., Ltd. 30,000–30,000 tons/year plant. (4) Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Group Co., Ltd. 30,000–30,000 tons/year plant. (5) Sinopec Qilu Co., Ltd. A plant with a capacity of 32,000 tons per year is in operation. (6) Sinopec Baling Co., Ltd. The epoxy resin production capacity of the 32,000 tons per year plant was increased to 50,000 tons per year in August 2007; a plant with a capacity of 160,000 tons per year is planned to be built. Cyclochlorine is mainly used for internal needs, with only a limited amount being supplied to external parties. (7) Jiangsu Anbang Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. 20,000 tons/year plant. (8) Jiangsu Sandie Chemical Co., Ltd. 25,000 tons/year plant. (9) Zhonghai Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. The 40,000 tons per year plant was completed in November 2008; the raw materials are mainly sourced internally, and the second phase will enable a production capacity of 80,000 tons per year. (10) Taiwan Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. The 100,000-ton/year epichlorohydrin plant located in Mai Liao. (11) Taiwan South Asia Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. The 80,000 tons/year epichlorohydrin plant is operating normally, and a 20-day maintenance campaign was carried out in March 2007. (12) Taiwan Sanyi, Taiwan Sanyi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. The second 48,000 tons/year plant located in Taoyuan.
