Our factory produces plain-colored diammonium phosphate. I have some questions I’d like to ask. My email address is mazheng_1987@126.com. We have two diammonium phosphate granulation systems in our factory; why are the same acids and ammonia used in both systems, since they are both used to produce plain-colored diammonium phosphate with identical nutrient content? Why does one system produce a white product while the other produces a darkish-black product? The acid samples taken from the liquid seal tank—one turned white and the other turned black. What could be the reason for this? Especially since the one that turned white has a color similar to milk>>>>:?:? ?
The one with milk is in its natural color; I’m not sure if the black version contains colorants. Check to see if your version has any colorants added,,,,,,,
Is it caused by dust brought in by the coal stove? It’s a bit grayish here
Are different minerals being used? What are the differences in the wet phosphoric acid production system?
If no internal dyes are used in either case, and neither set of equipment has ever had any dyes added to it, then the problem must lie with the coal ash. However, this is not a serious issue; it should be possible to resolve it after operating the equipment for two days
This requires a careful analysis of various influencing factors, such as phosphate rock, raw acid, neutralization degree, colorants, fuel, and so on.
If it turns black, the reason might be that the hot air furnace isn’t fully introducing coal ash. If it turns white, it is usually due to too low a neutralization level; increase the amount of ammonia accordingly. The hot air volume increases the furnace temperature by ~; hope this helps you~
Check whether coal ash has gotten in, and also see if the temperature of the hot air is too high.
If they are all in their natural color, then it is usually fly ash, brought in from the hot blast furnace. Replace the dust collector, or switch to natural gas drying if conditions permit.
