In production, analysts always release a large amount of material when taking samples, which is only then placed into the sampling cup; this is quite wasteful and also causes pollution to the environment. Please discuss: How can sampling valves be installed at the pump outlet or on the main material pipeline in order to meet sampling requirements while also being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly?
Basic sampling procedure: First, circulate the material from the pump outlet to the pump inlet to remove stagnant samples, and then take the samples. Finished product samplers are available for purchase; give them a look.
Could you explain it? Can the finished product sampler return the \"dead samples\" back to the system naturally?
We have a wastewater sampling point that was designed improperly; sometimes it’s even impossible to reach it for sampling
Just install a sampling valve and a recovery device on the pipeline
Could we make the sampling pipeline smaller? That way, although some fluid still needs to be drained, less will be wasted, right?:)

For chemical materials, sampling involves first transferring a certain amount of the material into a designated container before taking a sample. When there is a sufficient quantity of material in that container, it is pumped into the system using a mobile pump, thereby avoiding any waste.
