Responsibilities of the Project Manager: 1. As the overall supervisor of the engineering project, take full responsibility for managing this project. Carefully organize all construction workers to fulfill the project construction contract, and arrange work plans in a proper manner in accordance with the terms of the company’s general contract. Ensure that all the objectives set out in the project are achieved. 2. Strictly enforce all the company’s rules and regulations as well as relevant provisions, organize their implementation, make decisions regarding the specific work plans for various functional positions, and monitor the implementation process. 3. Assign specific responsibilities to the persons in charge of the project, properly manage the relationships between efficiency, quality, schedule, safety, and civilized construction, and take overall responsibility for addressing any issues that arise during project management. Keep project management under control and continuously improve it. 4. Ensure comprehensive coordination with the project owner, design department, and supervision department. 5. Dynamically manage the project’s efficiency, strengthen fund management, ensure proper execution of all basic tasks at the project site, regularly analyze the project outcomes and take appropriate actions, and optimize the utilization of production resources. 6. Reasonably arrange the job assignments for project staff and ensure the implementation of job responsibilities. Regular assessments and evaluations are conducted on the project management personnel, and their performance-based salaries are determined. 7. Establish a project quality management and assessment system, set up proper project construction management procedures, and be responsible for the smooth operation of project management. And maintain continuous improvement in project management. 8. Sign relevant project labor contracts and other agreements in accordance with the company’s requirements for project management, and conduct joint reviews/approvals following the company’s relevant work procedures.
