Does anyone know: what is the current status of the formulation, issuance, and implementation of the industry standard for \"lignite coke\"? The Shaanxi Provincial Standard for Lanzhou coke, DB61-363-2005, was issued on December 8, 2008, and came into effect on January 1, 2009.
