Are there standard forms for records of single-unit testing and joint testing?

Recently, the company needs records for single-unit testing and joint testing. I’m not sure if there are any standard requirements, and which entities need to sign off on them?
There are no requirements. It depends on how one decides to keep records and what kind of data is needed

These records mainly contain the opinions from the joint inspection as well as the corrective actions taken. There is a field for the signatures of the personnel involved in the inspection, with signatures from the owner, supervisor, construction unit, and manufacturer’s representatives. Finally, there is also a signature from the person who made the record.
