Let’s ask a question here! TRICON and CS3000 time synchronization issue! We often encounter problems with time synchronization here; once the system is powered off and then restarted, issues arise. I was wondering if anyone with experience could offer some advice!
A GPS time synchronization system can be set up, or an ESD signal can be provided to the DCS at startup for synchronization purposes; this can be configured as needed
The clock synchronization between DCS and ESD systems usually works as follows: the DCS sends a DO signal to the ESD system for clock synchronization.

Could it be that the connection between your systems’ communication cables isn’t tight enough, resulting in intermittent communication issues? Also, regularly check whether the indicator lights of the TRICON system and the CS3000 system are functioning properly
I noticed on site that the clock on the CS3000 console jumped by 2 hours on its own, which in turn affected the ESD settings as well; it was frustrating
It’s not really an accident; it jumps around often, so we just manually reset it back.
It’s a problem with Tricon’s communication card; when the configuration screen is opened and the configuration parameters are checked, data often gets lost for no apparent reason. A major bug in Tricon. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
