Questions about registering as a petroleum and natural gas engineer

I want to obtain a certificate related to petroleum; it seems difficult to become a registered petroleum and natural gas engineer in the field of exploration and design, but I’ll give it a try first – if I fail, at least I’ll have tried to learn. But so far I still haven’t figured out whether a registered petroleum and natural gas engineer in exploration and design is the same as a registered petroleum and natural gas engineer specializing in storage and transportation; I majored in storage and transportation.
In recent years, hasn’t there been an examination for registered petroleum and natural gas engineering in the field of survey and design? Has it been canceled? Has it never been held before?
