I have been working for three years since graduating from school, and I have made considerable progress in laboratory testing techniques. The numerous challenges I encountered at work forced me to keep looking for solutions, gathering information, and conducting experiments; this helped me overcome problems related to wasted time, and my analytical skills were recognized by my supervisors. I’d like to share some experience with everyone.
This requires a lot of practice*, more research, and numerous experiments.
The scope is too broad; I don’t know where to start. The analysis covers a wide range of aspects; after working for three years, you may only have a decent understanding of your own industry. From a student to a worker, your progress is surely visible to everyone. But don’t be satisfied with the status quo; you can learn more relevant knowledge to improve yourself and stay ahead of your peers forever
I also think the scope is too broad; analysis requires responsibility, carefulness, and continuous learning*
Agree with what was said above~ Indeed, the field of analytical testing is very broad; we are only familiar with this small segment of it. In fact, there are many different types of analysis instruments and equipment. Having experience makes it easier to learn these things compared to those who lack experience... The analysis methods used in each specific industry differ greatly! ! ! !
Observe more, take action more, research more, and ask questions more. The scope of analysis is too broad; it’s difficult to become expert in everything
My experience is that what’s in the books is correct, but it’s not the best nor the simplest. By considering the actual situation, a simple and practical method can be found. I found many different kinds
I worked in laboratory testing for 2 years and it was a great experience. It’s definitely necessary to read books, but I think one can learn more from the laboratory technicians around them; there are some experiences that cannot be learned from books. So I suggest you learn as much as possible from those around you. Being humble helps one to improve, haha……
Analysis is a huge industry; a single device used to analyze different substances can be studied for many years, and the analysis of an entire industry can also take an individual years upon years. In this industry, what we come into contact with is probably just the surface level. Learn more*, solve more problems – long-term accumulation is essential in terms of skills, and developing one’s own methods for solving problems is a great achievement. Practice leads to true knowledge; only by constantly summarizing one’s work can there be progress in analysis. There are many different methods and aspects of analysis. The original poster should simply mention any areas in which they have expertise. I have been engaged in analysis for nearly 20 years, and I have spent most of my time working with chromatography instruments, which is why I know more about chromatographic analysis. However, if someone asks me what analysis method to use for a certain chemical product, I won’t know the answer if I haven’t dealt with that particular case before. So, could the original poster share their work experience with everyone?
