Improving product quality means making full use of the functions of each column: extending the extraction time in the pre-column and using sufficient amount of extraction water to effectively remove light components as well as organic substances with a boiling point similar to that of methanol. It is also important to operate the main column properly, controlling the temperature of the reflux liquid as well as the temperature and pressure differences within the columns. To ensure the highest possible quality of the product, it is advisable to increase the reflux rate appropriately. In essence, the key is to continue removing fusel oils while maintaining the proper operating parameters of the columns, along with an appropriate increase in the reflux rate. Simply put, to improve product quality, it is necessary to operate each column correctly and keep removing fusel oils.~~~~~
