I heard that Sinopec has internal regulations regarding the kickoff meeting for the overall design. Could everyone here share their experiences?
The main tasks are as follows:
Externally: 1. Define the boundary area. 2. Determine the design basis. 3. Arrange responsibilities and work methods, which will be included in the contract annex. 4. Identify key milestones.
Internally: 1. Appoint responsible persons for each specialty. 2. Each specialty shall submit its milestones; progress reports shall be signed, and unified regulations for each specialty shall be prepared. 3. Submission of the project start report (the most important). ......That’s basically it~ If anything is missing, it will be added below~
The answer is excellent. . Could you please provide the details of the process package kick-off meeting? Thank you
A meeting regarding the process package was just held, and its main contents included reconfirming the design basis data for the project (including raw material data, utility data, etc.); Determine the numbering of devices, equipment, and instruments ; Determine pipeline codes, equipment abbreviations, and medium abbreviations ; Determine the standards to be used in the design documents ; Determine the method of transferring the file ; Determine the format of the design drawings ; Determine the contact information for both parties, etc.
That’s great. One more question: what are the main contents of a start-up report?
Looking for some books on basic chemical engineering
By learning from all of you, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge.
