I am currently working on a biological desulfurization project using the Shell-Paques process, and I am looking for process flow diagrams and material balance data. If you have any information on sulfur recovery from the Bantry project in Canada, could you send it to me at Dongchem@gmail.com?
I wonder if that expert could provide some data on the treatment capacity of the Shell-Paques process for biological desulfurization, such as the flow rate and temperature of acidic gases, the exit temperature of the ethylene glycol heater, the flow rate of the regenerated alkali solution entering the absorption tower, the operating pressure and temperature of the bioreactor, the flow rate and temperature of the alkali solution entering the bioreactor, the flow rate and temperature of the make-up water entering the bioreactor, as well as the exit pressure and flow rate of the solvent pump in the bioreactor
Another question: are the sulfur slurry and the regenerated alkaline solution in the bioreactor discharged through different outlets (three separate outlets at the top)?

Although biological desulfurization is not currently the most common method, there are already dozens of cases of its use even in China, and it is widely applied in the petrochemical industry of the Northwest Oilfields.
