For liquids with high viscosity, at a temperature of 400 degrees, which one is more effective? Please share your opinions
In my opinion, double-flange level gauges are the better choice; it’s ideal to fill the pressure guide tube with an isolating fluid

I think a float level gauge is still the better choice; double-flange level gauges cannot withstand such high temperatures.

Electric float level gauges require a steam jacket; dual-flange transmitters have too high temperatures and need cooling devices, so they are not very effective. If the measurement range is not very large, an internal float level transmitter can be used – it can handle viscosities up to 400 degrees!
