This post was last edited by pengshijun1975 on 2010-12-29 at 22:30. It’s correct; ethylenediamine includes ethylenediamine as well as various polyethylene polyamine derivatives. This thing is really hot; in China, demand exceeds supply, but its quality is far inferior to that of foreign products. Can’t do much to help the original poster... can only upvote, hehe.

This route is hardly used in China nowadays, mainly due to severe equipment corrosion and the difficulty of dealing with waste brine; operations using this route have been discontinued in China. There are improved versions available abroad, but I’m not very familiar with the details.

This post was last edited by pengshijun1975 on 2010-12-29 at 22:32. The Xi’an Institute of Modern Chemistry has conducted research on ethylenediamine, and there are also patent-related materials available. Those who are interested might as well get in touch; who knows, you might gain something from it, hehe.
Is it used as a curing agent?
The ethylenediamine plant for the dichloroethane production line at Jiangxi Hurricane Chemical has been put into operation. In cooperation with South Korea, the scale has reached tens of thousands of tons, o Hehe
The route using dichloroethane reported by Jiangxi Hurricane Chemicals in China – according to you, does that also constitute an outdated technology? So, is it true or not that the Koreans are entering into a joint venture? Hehe
