Our company uses single-tower stripping, and the results are fairly good.

It involves a single tower operating at atmospheric pressure without side-line steam stripping; ammonia nitrogen is sent along with the acidic gases to the sulfur conversion furnace for combustion. Of course, a burner designed for burning ammonia effectively is required, haha – just my opinion
Don’t acidic pipelines get clogged frequently?
I’m not sure what exactly is meant by a blocked acidic gas pipeline, as mentioned above. Why does it get blocked? What substance causes this? Could you share whatever you know about it?
Controlling the temperature at the top of the stripping tower can effectively prevent pipeline blockages! The performance is decent; when it gets clogged, it can be cleared using steam, and after being cleared once, it can maintain stable operation for a long time
