Boiler desulfurization pH value

I would like to ask about the pH value standards for boiler desulfurization. Thank you!
1. Wet limestone-gypsum process: 5.5~6.2. 2. Wet magnesium oxide process: 6.5~7.2.
The calcium carbide solution level is between 5.0 and 7.0; this is just an approximate value, and the exact figure depends on the actual desulfurization conditions
In ammonia-based desulfurization, the pH value is generally kept between 5 and 6; this ensures that the ammonium salts formed are primarily sulfite ammonium rather than ammonium bisulfite. As a result, sulfuric acid ammonium is produced during the subsequent oxidation process, and excessive pH levels do not cause ammonia to escape.
We usually use the calcium-calcium double-alkali method, keeping the pH below 7; a value around 6 is quite suitable. The specific requirements vary slightly depending on the process, but the pH requirements don’t differ much by and large~~~ Theory still needs to be combined with actual operational conditions!
