There are currently many manufacturers of claw-type vacuum pumps in China. Which ones are the best at producing such pumps? Which manufacturers’ claw-type vacuum pumps do you use, and how is their performance? Let’s share our experiences. Thank you!
Our company uses Shanghai vacuum pumps, and the results are good.
There is one in Beijing that works quite well. It’s important to choose the right model carefully
Is what the poster referred to as a “claw-type straight-air pump” incorrect? It should be a “claw vacuum pump” rather. We use those manufactured by Beijing Langhe Zhongxin Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., and they work well; however, their price is quite high.
There are several in Beijing; we use one of them, and you can find out about it by searching online.
What is the relationship between Langhe Zhongxin and Langhe Technology in Beijing? Which of the two produces better equipment? Thank you!
At present, both claw-type and screw-type vacuum pumps produced in China are not yet mature from the perspective of domestic technology levels; their cost-performance ratio is extremely poor. There are many pumps or systems that can serve as alternatives to these low-cost-performance vacuum devices
The claw-type vacuum pump is a patented product of EDWARDS Company; several manufacturers in China also produce it. It operates on a positive displacement principle, and it has certain advantages over screw-type pumps, especially in conditions that are relatively harsh, such as its strong capability for handling liquids and solids.
Beijing Langhe does a pretty good job; they have their own patents. The boss graduated from Hefei University of Technology with a degree in vacuum technology; he’s extremely skilled.
You need to get in touch with me; our company does an excellent job. Zibo Zeyi Vacuum has improved many key components based on the Edward vacuum pumps. If needed, contact Chen at QQ327606198
