I’m not sure which device you use it with. Some devices can also break easily if the wrong model is chosen. It’s not just due to the quality of the valves. Among domestic valve manufacturers, CNNC Su Valve offers the best quality valves; however, if you need a small quantity or have modest requirements, there’s no need to turn to them. The others such as Suzhou Newway, Dalian Dagao, and Shanghai Kawei Xi are also good. Some valve manufacturers in Wenzhou now also produce products of good quality. But one must keep a tight grip.
Our factory generally uses valves from Gaoshan; their quality is quite good.
The phenomenon mentioned by the poster is quite common; it often occurs in actual production processes and has a significant impact, with many possible causes. From a practical perspective, large enterprises generally offer better quality, such as those mentioned by everyone, like CNNC Su Valve. It is necessary to pay attention to the issues of renovation and imitation.
Now, driven by profit motives, valves from any manufacturer have problems. It is mainly quality inspection after procurement. 1. Every valve is subjected to 100% pressure testing, including the valve body ； sealing surface ； Upper seal. 2. Material analysis ； Using rapid PMI for qualitative and quantitative spectral analysis to seal loopholes and prevent manufacturers from delivering defective valves to the site is an effective way to solve the problem. Here are some recommended manufacturers: for DN80 and below, Dalian Dagao ； DN100—DN300 Chenjiang ； Bethel DN300 and above, Sinocore Su Valve
Valves must be selected based on the actual operating conditions on site. Reputable valve manufacturers include China Nuclear Su Valve, Shangvalve, and Sichuan Guanghan, among others.
Valves that are used frequently are more prone to damage; it is necessary to carry out proper maintenance of these valves and take preventive measures such as having spare parts ready based on their usage cycle.
Our factory uses Shanghai Lianggong brand valves, and the quality is good.
Normally, valves produced by reputable manufacturers do not have any problems. Many issues arise because, when selecting a valve, insufficient attention is paid to its physical properties, resulting in the choice of a valve whose material and type are not suitable for the specific process requirements. If the right valve is selected, there should be no problems.
