How is equipment operating under high temperature and high pressure defined, as we often talk about? What is the threshold value for high temperature? How is it specifically classified?
Generally, vessels with temperatures above 350 degrees are considered high-temperature pressure vessels. The specific boundary should be determined based on the material’s creep onset temperature; vessels with temperatures above this value are considered high-temperature pressure vessels.
Appendix 1 of the pressure regulations sets the pressure limits for high-pressure vessels at: 10 MPa–100 MPa； The temperature limit for high temperatures is consistent with the view on the 2nd floor.
Personally, I think when it exceeds 300 degrees, some special considerations are needed
