Which domestic plasticizer design institutes are relatively good at this work?

The company plans to launch new projects in the near future. Taking into account various factors surrounding the project, as well as issues related to the supply of raw materials and the sales of products, we are considering pursuing projects related to plasticizers. We are wondering which design institutes or companies in China are good at this area, and if there are any successful examples available. We would appreciate it if you could provide information on this matter. Thank you. If there are anyone on the forum who works in this field, I really hope to be able to exchange ideas with them. It is best to work with phthalate compounds, as our raw materials and product markets are dominated by this category.

It seems that when it comes to phthalate production, there shouldn’t be any difficulties in terms of the manufacturing process if production is on a large scale; it’s quite simple to set up a small facility with a production capacity of 30-40 tons per day – all that’s needed are a few reaction tanks and a water ring vacuum pump!! The real challenge lies in the technology used for producing phthalic anhydride!! But this industry does indeed offer considerable profits!!!!
2# denty11111111 We plan to undertake a more formal project; it’s not enough to just have a few reaction vessels or something like that. Therefore, we need to find a proper design firm or company to carry out the design work, and to prepare feasibility studies, environmental impact assessments, safety evaluations, and so on, before we can start the project. It’s not something that can be started simply; if we do start it without these preparations and end up being fined, it will be disastrous. Do you know of any design institutes or companies? 3# zzz111zzz As far as I know, usually it’s the companies that carry out the research and development and design work; they then hand over the relevant materials to design institutes with the appropriate qualifications and merely use their names on the products!! These designs and developments aren’t created by the design institutes themselves!! In fact, they are often the company’s own patented technologies!! They need to be purchased!!
