Dear fellow sailors: Does anyone know the manufacturers of torch complete sets of equipment that perform best in the oil refining industry? The more detailed the information, the better; it would be great to know their various advantages (such as technical or design aspects), and ideally those that are designated suppliers by CNPC or Sinopec Primarily used in 1 million-ton atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, including: combustion towers (including sound-dampening wind walls), burners, igniters, pilot lights, water seal tanks, as well as associated instruments and control systems

The torches of the three major military-industrial enterprises are all excellent: the one belonging to the maritime sector is from the 711th Research Institute of China National Shipbuilding Corporation; the one for the aviation sector comes from AVIC Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine (Group) Co., Ltd.; and the one for the space sector is from the 11th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It depends on whether the poster prefers the marine, aviation, or space domain
The ground torches 711 and 11, as well as those from other units, are not very clear
Jiangsu Zhongsheng – you might want to take a look at their performance.
Luoyang XinHong www.*nhongly.com produces excellent ground torches
711, Nanjing Zhongsheng, Huali, Jinliming, and Yalesu can all do it. Theoretically, 711 has the strongest technical capabilities, but in practice it has been experiencing many accidents recently. I just saw on forums that Jinliming is considered to be of average quality. It seems that domestic manufacturers are all at the same starting point, with no clear leader among them.
You can take a look at Institute 711; they are quite strong.
Objectively speaking, domestic manufacturers of ground-mounted flares basically produce them by imitating foreign technologies and products, and they do not possess the core technologies. 711 is the company that produces such flares most frequently; Nanjing Zhongsheng is capable of manufacturing elevated flares, but it has not produced any large-scale ground-mounted flares. The other manufacturers are smaller in scale, and their technical capabilities are even less reliable. Accidents such as flames spreading outside the tower, even causing the tower to collapse, or explosions occur frequently. Kaihong (and its subsidiary Xinhong) uses imported foreign technology, so the quality is guaranteed; however, the price is too high.
How is Shanghai Tongji High-Tech doing? There is also one in Shaanxi
