Let me explain this, in case someone asks this question again in the future: WET/DRY refers to whether there is water present or not. If there is water in the feed to a tower, you need to decide when setting the material to be taken out of the tower whether to include the amount of water as well. Generally, it needs to be calculated, after all, it’s material balance.
