What are the main types of cryogenic equipment for liquefied natural gas?
I think it should be double-insulated in all cases. Such as storage equipment for liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid hydrogen.
Equipment for LNG production, transportation, storage, and use
Mainly LNG storage tanks, LNG tank containers, tank trucks, etc., all have a vacuum-insulated structure, with the inner container made of stainless steel
There are more devices in the entire process; what was mentioned above are all the devices for final transportation and storage. Earlier in the process, there are raw material compressors, degassing systems, desulfurization systems, drying systems, and refrigeration systems.
We are currently working on an LNG project in Hainan; LS has provided a fairly comprehensive overview
Friend on the 5th floor, it seems you know a lot about the LNG production process. Could you provide me with some information? I’d like to learn * a bit and write a paper. Email: dg012345@126.com
Friend on the 5th floor, I need some information on this topic as well; if possible, could you provide a list of equipment and similar things? Thank you.
This question is a bit vague. If we start counting from the cryogenic tank, it includes: the cryogenic tank, heavy hydrocarbon separator (if any), LNG storage tanks, refrigerant compressors, BOG compressors, cryopumps, loading arms, and so on. The cold box is usually a brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, the LNG storage tank is a double-layer vacuum-insulated tank, and as for the moving equipment, it depends on the brand you choose. Of course, cold boxes come in other forms as well, depending on the scale and the chosen process.
