Pump bearings are particularly prone to failure

One of our company’s vertical water pumps has bearings that tend to break very easily. The bearings that were just installed started making noise after only three days. The sound was fine when it was installed. The motor temperature is also particularly high; it’s a bit hot to the touch. Other water pumps do not exhibit this phenomenon. What could be the reason?

I’m not sure what material it is or what the temperature is. Pipeline pumps generally are not prone to damage; there may be issues with the machinery itself, problems with the installation, or vibration.
The circulating water pump is functioning normally except for its motor temperature, which is around 85 degrees; there is no significant vibration.
Ordinary bearings with oil seals are used; no additional oil is added, and 1# lithium-based grease has been applied to the oil cover.
Motor high-temperature cast bearings tend to break easily; a little oil can be applied after casting. I keep running into problems with the front bearing
Is it the water pump bearing or the motor bearing?
Check the water pump impeller to see if it is caused by an unbalanced impeller.
What about the quality of the bearings and their installation?
It mainly depends on whether the motor is aligned properly and whether there is any eccentricity. It can be measured.
