There is a float measuring interface made by Shanghai Xindong. When the process medium is water, it should show 100%. Why does it show 0 now? The instrument changes slightly during discharge, but the indication is still 0 when it is put into use?
The measured signal should be an interface signal. The prerequisite must be filled with liquid. A slight change in the instrument during discharge proves that the signal transmission part of the sensor part is normal. There are three main reasons for the display to be 0. 1. Confirm whether the current medium is water. 2. Whether the float has water in it. 3. Two media, one of which has a greater specific gravity than water.
Is the top connection valve open?
Because the medium during normal measurement is acidic water, in the past, the measurement was inaccurate due to coking of the float. The float was cleaned and purged after shutdown. Now it is put into operation. Most of the current medium is water, containing a small amount of oil, and the specific gravity is lighter than water. No matter what, it should have an indication of more than 0%. Now the indication is always 0. I wonder if the float is stuck due to coking and the change is inflexible. You should try cleaning the float again.
First, make sure the float floats after adding water. You can judge the position of the float by tapping it and listening for the sound. If there is no problem with the float, there is something wrong with the transmitter. Contact the manufacturer.
1. Open both the upper and lower hand valves of the float and check the value. If the value is negative, poke the float slightly to see if there is any change. If there is any change, it can be basically determined that the float has entered the water.
Check to see if the bobbin has fallen off and see if the pontoon lock has accidentally hit the LOCK position.

Ask the craftsman to take samples, give the real-time actual density of light and heavy media, fill it with water and verify it once, and then you can judge the quality of the float level meter.
