Abstract of the aluminum electrolyzer control system: Through industrial experimental studies, the relationship curve between the apparent resistance of the aluminum electrolyzer and the alumina concentration was determined. On this basis, by analyzing the experimental data, a fuzzy control model for alumina concentration was established, enabling regulated feeding to the aluminum electrolyzer and significantly reducing the anode effect coefficient. At the same time, models for self-diagnosis of cell conditions, pole pitch adjustment, automatic correction of set voltage, and prediction of anode effects were developed and successfully applied in a new type of aluminum electrolysis cell control box based on PLC control.
