I’m looking for the operating procedures for industrial coke ovens, including tasks such as oven drying, starting up the oven, cooling the oven, and maintenance. If anyone has this information, could you please send it to me? Thank you! zhleoxp@qq.com2. Coking methods
3. Selection of coal for coking: The physical properties and chemical composition of coke depend mainly on the type of coal used and the coking method employed.
1) Washed coal (or refined coal): Impurities such as ash, sulfur, and phosphorus, which are present in the raw coal, are extremely harmful for iron production. To remove these impurities, the raw coal must be washed; the resulting clean coal is known as washed coal or refined coal.
2) Blended coal
3) Currently, almost all coking plants around the world use the blended coal method for coking, that is, coking coal is combined with other types of coal (one to five or six types). The reasons for this are: (1) Coking coal resources are limited, and the blended coal method allows for significant savings in the use of primary coking coal. (2) Although coking coal has good caking properties, some types of primary coking coal generate high expansion pressures during coking, which can damage the furnace structure; moreover, some of these coals contain many impurities, and the blended coal method helps to address these issues.
4. Process flow in coking production: The main goal of coking production is to produce high-quality metallurgical coke for use in blast furnaces, while also recovering coke oven gas and the chemical products contained within it. There are various processes involved in coking production, and one common process flow in coking plants includes: A coking plant typically consists of a coal preparation workshop, a coking workshop, a recovery workshop, a tar processing workshop, a benzene processing workshop, a desulfurization workshop, and a wastewater treatment workshop. 5 Recycling of chemical products

Based on the above data, it can be calculated that 2 frames of A3 size can accommodate 9 sets of diagrams, while 1 frame of A3 size can accommodate 10 sets of diagrams. Minimum specific dimensions inside the frame: 1) Can hold 2 A3-sized sheets: 297×420 mm ; 2) Can hold 1 A3 size sheet: 210×297mm. Coke oven workshop
