In the pure methanol storage tank, all other parameters are within the acceptable range; what is the reason why only the boiling range of methanol is not satisfactory? How to handle it

Have someone else perform the measurement ； 2. Take the sample to another facility for them to measure it.
If the boiling range of the refined alcohol is not within spec, it is either because the initial boiling point is not acceptable or the dry point is not satisfactory; in such cases, re-distillation is necessary. Raising the vent temperature of the pre-distillation tower and increasing the reflux rate in the distillation tower can solve the problem.
