I’m 25 years old, female, with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical automation. I work in Nanjing for a private company. It has been two years since I graduated in July of this year, and my current salary is only 1,330 yuan. I think it’s pitiful – I can barely make ends meet. Every time I see such a low salary, it gives me headaches. Is it really true that women have no prospects in the mechanical industry?
If you think you’re still competent, you might consider changing jobs!
What are you doing? Do girls do physical work? ? ...Some private companies are really stingy; it’s exhausting
Is there no other income besides the salary? Such as monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, year-end bonuses, and so on. Salary and gender shouldn’t be inherently related; don’t lose heart!

It seems to be the case everywhere; don’t be discouraged. Many people are in the same situation as you, and there are even many who are in a worse situation than you. The longer you work in this industry, the more rewards you will reap.
