I would like to select a pH meter for use in an environment where the medium consists of 85% propylene cyanohydrin, 5% hydrocyanic acid, 9% propylene, and 1% water. The pressure is 0.5 MPa and the temperature is 18°C; the main component of this medium is an organic solvent. I kindly ask for your assistance in making this selection. The information needed includes the operating temperature and pressure suitable for the electrode, whether it is suitable for use with organic solvents, that the cable dedicated to the electrode be at least 10 meters long, that the transmitter provide a 4-20 mA output in a two-wire configuration, that it be intrinsically safe, and that it have a protection rating of IP67 or higher.
For Beijing Defei Company, the T28 series is an option
This involves measuring the pH of organic solvents; temperature and pressure should not be an issue, nor should safety be a problem. The key is to choose the right pH electrode. A pH electrode that can withstand organic solvents is essential. The differential electrode from the American company HACH should work, as its reference electrode is not a traditional silver-silver chloride electrode and it has strong resistance to organic solvents. Additionally, some special electrodes for DKK can also be used.
pH meters are a pain; if not bought properly, they tend to break frequently

The operating temperature for pH meters should not exceed 100°C; among the more well-known options are the products made by Great Lakes in the United States.
You need to state your requirements so that we can select the right option for you accurately. Imported pH meters are generally purchased. Are you installed on a pipeline, in a tank, or inside a reactor? Hehe, if you be more specific, I can offer you greater help. I recommend buying the E+H model; it is considered to have a relatively low price among imported instruments.
PH has always used Toledo products, and has also looked into other brands; it seems that E+H does a good job as well~~
I’m trying to choose one now; it’s really difficult
