Polysilicon production requires high-purity nitrogen with an oxygen content of less than 3PPM; some users also require that the argon content in the nitrogen be less than 5PPM. Why is it necessary to control the argon level?
Is argon also involved in the reactions during polysilicon production, or does it form intermediates with certain raw materials?
