Why does LNG feed gas need to be desulfurized? What will be the impact if desulfurization is not performed?

The hazards of sulfur compounds in LNG feed gas are mainly manifested in: 1. Accelerate the corrosion of metal pipes and equipment ； 2. Hydrogen sulfide is a very strong gas.
