Some questions about chromatography column packing

Is there anyone who is expert in the study of chromatography column fillers? I’m encountering two problems while researching: 1. What kind of filler is 25% benzyl (this term isn’t mentioned in the relevant materials)? Can columns be made by using this filler on one’s own? 2. With 33% paraffin oil and Celite 545 (60-100), how can one proceed on their own? What preparations are needed, what solvents should be used, at what temperature should it be dried, and at what temperature should it be activated? I hope everyone can offer some help

It’s better to buy ready-made ones. When the columns we use now collapse at the base, we dig out a bit of that area and fill it with the material from the old columns, but it’s necessary to refill it again after a short time. After all, this can’t compare to specialized equipment made by manufacturers!
