HCL 5~8%, Lan-826 retarder 0.3%, time 6~24 hours, at room temperature, flow rate 0.5~1 m/s, in a cyclic mode; the pH value remains unchanged. A 2% alkaline solution is added for neutralization and passivation, followed by rinsing with hot water, and finally cleaning with compressed air before drying

The superheater is filled with protective fluid. In drum boilers, the liquid level in the drum must be closely monitored, while in DC boilers, the liquid level in the separator needs to be closely watched
