The electrostatic precipitator is still running; should we shut down power to it immediately, or is there another way to keep it operating? In this case, if an emergency power cut is required for fishing, is it still necessary to seek approval from the supervisor?

Our factory has very strict requirements regarding oxygen content, as excessive oxygen levels can affect the subsequent hydrogen production process. If the instrument used to measure oxygen content fails, you can use another testing device to determine the oxygen level in the gas; however, this method is rather cumbersome. It is best to keep the oxygen content in the Electrode Tarifier below 1 percent.
Unless the electrostatic precipitator is shut down, use an oxygen analyzer to measure the oxygen content at the beginning of operation; as long as the electrostatic precipitator remains in operation, it can continue to function even if the oxygen analyzer is damaged.

Strengthen the regulation and monitoring of the pressure in the coke oven gas collection pipes; it must remain within the specified range. It is strictly prohibited for the pressure to fall below the designated standards, and negative pressure operation is also not allowed. 3. Enhance manual sampling and conduct timely laboratory analysis; measurements can be taken every 1–2 hours to guide production. 4. Ultimately, online monitoring must be implemented to ensure safe production.
